Campus Pastors Joel & Jennifer Scrivner

With more than a decade of full-time ministry behind him, Pastor Joel Scrivner is emerging as a leading voice in proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. He is known for teaching God’s Word in a fresh, practical and revelatory way that always reveals Jesus’ intent of supernatural living for every believer. Joel began full-time ministry teaching 35 students in an upstairs library, but through faithful persistence, he grew to oversee all youth and college ministries across Covenant Church’s five campuses. Currently, Joel serves as Campus Pastor for Covenant Church McKinney campus in McKinney, Texas. Previous to transitioning into full-time ministry, Joel enjoyed a 12 year career as a professional martial artist. He currently holds a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo and has won many titles in the martial arts arena. Joel Scrivner and his wife, Jennifer, currently live in the McKinney area with their two daughters, Sydney and Blakely. |
Senior Pastors Mike & Kathy Hayes

Dr. Mike Hayes is the founding and Senior Pastor of Covenant Church. Pastor Hayes committed his life to Jesus Christ and the call of ministry at an early age. This calling has taken him around the world as a beloved evangelistic minister, pastor, author, and radio and television host. Pastor Mike married Kathy Parker in 1973. After the birth of their first child in 1976, Mike and Kathy moved to the Dallas, Texas, area to follow a dream to establish Covenant Church. Together they serve the people of Covenant as well as the people of Churches in Covenant all over the world with a passion and heart for seeing lives change through relationship with Jesus Christ. |
